We had a physically tiring but relaxing week walking the Glen Affric Trail from Inverness to Glen Elg. Highlights were the very good weather, the Youth Hostel at Allt Beithe and the friendliness of everyone we met on our travels. We walked around 83 miles and the trip was organised by Macs Adventure. The link to the trip is here  We would certainly use their services again.  An added bonus was that we finished the Great Glen Way as we had missed the last 20  miles when we came up to do the GGW a few years ago. Luckily the first 20 miles of the Glen Affric Trail  matches the GGW. All in all a very enjoyable trip and we avoided to arrival of the midges too !
